These terms govern the use of Dijimasa's digital menu, ordering and POS service for restaurants. By registering you accept these terms.
The service
Dijimasa is a subscription service offering QR menus, table and delivery ordering, POS/tab management, inventory, reservations, multi-branch and reporting tools. Feature scope depends on the selected plan; features may be added or improved over time.
The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy of menu content, prices, allergen information and legal notices. For guest orders, the sales contract is concluded between the guest and the restaurant; Dijimasa is not a party to it.
Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and staff PINs confidential. Misuse of the service (unlawful content, attempts to damage systems, infringement of third-party rights) may lead to suspension.
Fees
Subscription fees and the trial period are stated at registration or on the pricing page. Fees may change with prior notice; changes do not affect your current billing period.
Liability
We make reasonable efforts to provide the service without interruption; however, Dijimasa is not liable for outages caused by internet infrastructure, third-party services or force majeure. Dijimasa's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.
